Carpet cleaner was all ready & waiting when I arrived & Sharon gave clear instruction on how to use the machine. Carpets look significantly better now! Dropped the machine back & picked up the Blazer & coats. Sharon has done a fabulous job of getting some difficult marks out of the coats & the blazer looks fabulous. Great service and lovely staff."
